KEEP TAKING STANDS FOR YOUR FAITH

Have you ever stood for something others were wondering why you stood for it in the first place? Maybe they thought you were crazy? Maybe they thought you were being impractical? Maybe they thought you were non functioning? Maybe they thought you needed to do something because they were feeling impatient about the situation themselves?

Whatever their reasoning. We take a stand because of Faith, because we believe. Have you ever made decisions based on others demands or doubts about a situation even tho you stood for years? Perhaps you wanted to have it all flip around, go back to that moment to change the step you made, maybe people were pushing you out because they didn't like the change you were bringing, and instead of standing there, you left based on their threats, or based on legal action someone was gonna take against you?

Throughout the bible we see so many instances of God's kids being doubted, as they stand for their miracles and prayers. You aren't alone, in your stand. Remember that He is for you not against. For example Daniel, He worshipped God, and some wicked men tried to get him into trouble by having him thrown into the lion's den but he was not budging an inch on worshipping God, and then stayed in a lion's den overnight, and God saw him through it.

Well, maybe you all aren't in a lion's den right now, but maybe you went to share a word with someone, Moses was asked by God to go share several messages with a Pharoah, and he wasn't so interested in thinking he could do it, he was feeling unqualified but he went in because God saw that he could. Or maybe you are like Hosea, you had to deliver a message to a group of people who didn't always listen, but everyday you still go and share it because you know you are called to do so, so you continue to share it.

Each of these men took stands for their faith. Faith in the messages they carried, Faith in the God they love and worship, and they weren't gonna let someone else tell them otherwise.

Do you have someone in your life right now you are standing for to hear you, to listen to you, to really receive God's message for them? Perhaps a child or another family member? Perhaps you are standin on the belief that He simply heals in Jesus name still, His word is true, and it won't ever not be...

For me it was about taking a stand to share Truth with my kids about who Jesus is for them, and what God's love is for them. My now ex husband didn't understand at the time and tried to stand in the way of them receiving that truth when I decided to homeschool them. He suggested I not teach them about Jesus, and of course I said NO! I forgive him of course, for he didn't know what he was doing or saying, to him it was scary, to him it was unknown, but to me it is necessary, to me it isn't scary at all, it's LOVE. Still till this day, teaching truth about Jesus to them even tho they are in regular public school. And leaning on God for help.

When it is His Truth, these Stands are Worth Standing For.
