When someone has ever said anything that was about you that wasn’t true, I’ve learned it is good to think of a "Truth" that God says about you not what was said that wasn't. Remembering that if it came from a person, to pray for the person, because our fight is not with people but rather the principalities and powers around them (also known as stupid demons). And if it came from a negative thought in your head it definitely isn't worth listening to. Feel free to use the 'God's Truth for Me" sheet, print it out or use the download link to get it on your computer to use during a time with God, print it out and write on the sheet or type it out on your computer.
